Ingredients:
- 6 oz beef
- 3 egg-whites
- 1 tbsp chopped scallions
- 2 slices ginger
- 4 cups water or stock
Sauce
Mix:
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp superior soy sauce
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp water
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1 tbsp superior soy sauce
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 2 tbsp water
- pinch of pepper
- few drops of oil
Procedure:
- Mince beef. Marinate beef
with seasoning mix.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in pot,
stir-fry ginger, then discard ginger Add cooking wine and
water/stock, bring to boil. Add sauce mix.
- Add in beef, pour in some
cooked oil. Stir in egg whites and scallions. Serve in
soup bowl.
- Serve for 4 persons.
