Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of chicken
drumstick
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1 tbsp wine
- a pinch of pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp Char Siu sauce
- a pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Remove chicken bones. Cut
into pieces. Pound chicken lightly.
- Marinate chicken pieces
with seasoning mix.
- Deep-fry chicken pieces in
hot oil till done. Drain well. Ready to serve.
- Serve for 4 persons.
