Ingredients:
- 1 lb squid
- 2 stalks scallions
- 1 slice ginger
- 1 red chili
Seasoning
Mix A:
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 1/2 tbsp corn starch
Seasoning
Mix B:
- 1 tbsp shrimp sauce
- 1/3 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 3 cloves minced garlic
Procedure:
- Clean squid, discard head
and backbone. Cut into slices. Mix with seasoning mix A.
Parboil squid in boiling water. Drain and set aside.
- Cut scallions, ginger and
red chili into shreds.
- Marinate the squid with
seasoning mix B. Steam for 4-5 minutes.
- Place all ingredients of
step 2 on top of the squid. Pour some cooked oil on top.
Ready to serve.
- Serve for 4 persons.
