Ingredients:
- 2 oz dried Chinese
mushrooms
- 5 oz tinned button
mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 slices ginger
- 1 tsp sugar
Sauce
Mix:
- 2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 cup stock
- 1 tsp corn starch
Procedure:
- Soak dried Chinese
mushrooms for 1 hour. Wash and drain tinned button
mushrooms.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok.
Saute garlic and.ginger. Add in Chinese mushrooms and
sugar, stir-fry over low heat for 4 minutes. Put on one
side of plate. Do the same with the tinned mushrooms.
- Prepare sauce mix. Heat 1
tbsp oil in wok, add sauce, stir until thickens. Pour
sauce over the mushrooms and serve.
