Ingredients:
- 4 oz baby corn
- 4 oz straw mushrooms
- 6 oz asparagus
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 cups stock.
Sauce
Mix:
- 1 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure:
- Wash and scald tomatoes.
Wash straw mushrooms and drain.
- Wash and drain asparagus
and baby corn.
- Boil stock. Boil each
vegetable separately for 3 minutes. Drain and arrange
neatly on plate.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok,
pour in sauce ingredients. Stir until thickens. Pour over
the vegetables. Serve immediately.
