Ingredients:
- 6 oz beef fillet
- 3 cups stock
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 4 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1 stalk scallion
(shredded)
Procedure:
- Wash and dry beef. Then
thinly slice.
- Boil stock in saucepan and
add sesame oil. Pour in beef slices, boil for 2 minutes.
Drain and put on plate.
- Pour oyster flavored sauce
over and sprinkle scallion on top. Serve hot.
