Ingredients:
- 7 oz shrimps
- 2 oz morel
- 10 pieces black fungus
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 oz green peas
Sauce
Mix:
- 1 1/2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp wine
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp water
Procedure:
- Shell and devein shrimps.
Wash, dry and add 1/2 tsp salt and a dash of pepper.
- Remove hard end from
morel. Soak and wash black fungus.
- Prepare sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok
Saute garlic and stir-fry shrimps for 2 minutes. Dish up.
- Heat wok and saute ginger,
stir-fry morel and black fungus for 2 minutes. Add in
shrimps, green peas and sauce Stir until sauce thickens.
Dish up.
