Ham, Carrot and Bean Curd in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients:
2 slices ham
2 oz carrot
1 piece bean curd
6 stalks Chinese kale
1 stalk scallion (shredded)
2 slices ginger (shredded)
Sauce Mix:
1 tbsp oyster flavored sauce
1/2 tsp wine
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp corn starch
3 tbsp water
Procedure:
Wash and drain carrots and bean curd. Slice ham, carrot and bean curd into 2" x 1" pieces.
Wash and bunch kale for 3 minutes. Drain.
Arrange ingredilents on plate, sprinkle ginger on top and steam for 5 minutes.
Add kale on side of plate. Heat sauce mix until thickens pour over the ingredients and sprinkle on scallions. Serve.
