Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz vermicelli
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 chili (sliced)
- few sprigs parsley
- 3 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil
Procedure:
- Soak and drain vermicelli.
Cut into 5" lengths.
- Beat eggs, add in water,
oyster flavored sauce and vermicelli. Mix well. Pour this
into a deep plate.
- Steam over low heat for 10
minutes.
- Sprinkle chili and parsley
on top. Serve hot.
