Ingredients:
- 1 lb bean sprouts
- 5 oz deep-fried bean curds
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
Seasoning
Mix:
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 tsp hot chili oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- dash premium soy sauce
- dash sesame oil
Procedure:
- Wash and drain bean
sprouts. Shred the bean curds. Prepare seasoning mix.
- Fry bean curd in hot oil.
Strain and set aside.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok,
saute ginger and garlic, stir~fry bean sprouts. Add
seasoning mix. Stir well. Dish up and put on plate.
Sprinkle bean curd crisps on top.
