Ingredients:
Seasoning
Mix:
- 3 tsp shrimp sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp Chinese wine or
sherry
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp shallots (chopped)
- 1 tsp garlic (chopped)
- 2 tbsp custard powder
- 1 tsp red chili (minced)
Procedure:
- Wash and dry pork chop.
Slice. Add in seasoning and marinate for 2 hours.
- Heat 1/2 wok of oil in
wok. Deep-fry pork chop over low heat. When cooked, turn
to high heat until the meat is golden brown. Pork can be
substituted by chicken wings.
