Ingredients:
- 3 oz minced beef
- 2 medium tomatoes (diced)
- 3 oz green peas
- 3 oz potatoes (diced)
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 slices ginger (shredded)
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp water
- 1/2 tsp oil
Sauce
Mix:
- 2 tbsp sweet 'n sour sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- corn starch solution
Procedure:
- Add seasoning mix to beef
and marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Blanch green pees and
potatoes in salted boiling water until almost cooked.
Strain.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok
Stir fry ginger, garlic, then add beef, green peas,
tomatoes and potatoes, keep stirring Add sauce mix and
bring to boil. Ready to serve when sauce thickens.
