Ingredients:
- 8 oz medium-sized shrimps
- a few kale stalks
- 4 oz vermicelli
- 2 stalks scallions
(sectioned)
- 1 glove garlic
- 6 oz stock
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1/2 tbsp superior soy
sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 2 oz stock
Procedure:
- Trim off appendages from
shrimps.
- Discard kale leaves.
Section kale stalks for later use.
- Soak vermicelli in water
till soft. Drain and set aside.
- Bing stock to boil in the
hot pot. Put in vermicelli and simmer.
- In separate pan, heat oil
and stir-fry shrimps with kale. Remove from heat, drain
oil and set aside.
- Stir-f ry scallions and
garlic, add shrimps; sprinkle with cooking wine. Add
seasoning mix and stir-fry well. Pour on top of
vermicelli. Put in kale and cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve for 4 persons.
