Ingredients:
- 1 lb pork chop
- 5 oz onions (cut into
rings)
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp cooking wine
- pinch of pepper
- 1 1/2 tbsp shrimp sauce
- minced garlic
Procedure:
- Rinse pork chops. Pound
pork lightly.
- Marinate pork chops with
seasoning mix for 1 hour.
- Stir-fry onion rings. Set
on dish.
- Deep-fry pork chops till
golden-brown. Place on top of onion rings and serve.
- Serve for 4 persons.
