Ingredients:
- 2 pieces (1 lb) Chinese
marrow
- 5 oz shrimp meat
- 2 dried Chinese mushrooms
(finely diced)
- few slices carrots (finely
diced)
Seasoning
Mix:
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp egg white
Sauce
Mix:
- 2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp wine
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 6 tbsp water
Procedure:
- Peel and wash Chinese
marrow. Cut into pieces. Remove core and drain. Dust
cornflour in the center.
- Add seasonings to shrimp
meat. Stir until sticky, add in mushrooms and carrots.
Mix well.
- Stuff each Chinese marrow
with 1 tbsp of shrimp mixture. Arrange on plate steam for
10 minutes.
- Heat oil in wok, cook
sauce until thickens. Pour over the stuffed Chinese
marrow. Serve hot.
