Ingredients:
- 5 oz beef
- 1/2 cup pineapple flesh
- 1 green pepper
- 1 tsp shallot
- 1 fresh pineapple
- 1 stalk scallion
- 1 tsp wine
Seasoning
Mix:
- 2 tsp superior soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
Mix:
- 2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 4 tbsp water
Procedure:
- Thinly slice beef. Add in
seasonings, marinate for 20 minutes.
- Cut the pineapple into 2
halves, scrape out the flesh and let dry. Take 1/2 cup of
the fesh and dice.
- Seed and cut pepper into
pieces. Wash and shred scallion. Prepare sauce.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in wok
Saute shallot, stir-fry beef for 3 minutes. Dish up.
- Stir-fry green pepper and
pineapple, add in beef and sauce. Stir-fry until sauce
thickens, sprinkle wine and scallion, mix well. Place all
ingredients in the pineapple boat. Serve hot.
