Ingredients:
- 7 oz fish fillet
- 6 cabbage leaves
- 1 stalk scallion (finely
diced)
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp cornflour
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
Sauce
Mix:
- 1 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp cornflour
- 3 tbsp water
Procedure:
- Add ingredients into fish
fillet, stir until sticky.
- Blanch cabbage leaves for
3 minutes. Drain. Prepare sauce mix.
- Flatten the cabbage
leaves. Put a portion of fish fillet onto them. Roll up
and arrange on plate. Steam for 8 minutes. Heat sauce
until thickens. Pour over cabbage rolls. Serve hot.
