Ingredients:
- 6 oz scallops
- 1 (8 oz) broccoli
- 4 slices ginger
- 3 oz carrot
Seasoning
Mix:
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp corn starch
- 1 tsp wine
- 1/2 tbsp oil
Sauce
Mix:
- 1 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp wine
- 3 tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
Procedure:
- Wash and dry scallops. Add
seasonings and marinate for 10 minutes.
- Soak broccoli in salt
solution for 5 minutes. Cut into small pieces, drain.
Slice carrot. Prepare sauce mix.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok,
saute ginger and stir-fry scallops for 2 minutes. Dish
up.
- Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok.
Stir-fry broccoli, add scallops and carrot, mix well. Add
in sauce mix, stir until thickens. Serve hot.
