Ingredients:
- 7 oz chicken meat (diced)
- salted fish
- 1 1/2 oz fried fillet
(diced)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Chinese broccoli
(diced, blanched)
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 tbsp scallions
- 2 tbsp shrimp sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
Procedure:
- Season chicken meat with
1/8 tsp each of salt and sugar, 1 /2 tsp corn starch for
1 /2 hour.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok,
scramble egg until half-cooked.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok.
Add shrimp sauce and salt, then add chicken, salted fish
and rice, keep stirring. Then add Chinese broccoli, egg
and scallions. Mix well and serve.
