Ingredients:
- 8 oz chicken meat
- 4 oz bamboo shoot
- 4 oz carrot
- 1 oz vermicelli
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Seasoning:
- 2 tsp superior soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp corn starch
Sauce
Mix:
- 2 tbsp oyster flavored
sauce
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
Procedure:
- Clean and dry chicken
meat. Cut into small chunks, add in seasonings and
marinate for 20 minutes.
- Blanch bamboo shoot and
slice. Slice carrot. Soak vermicelli in water until soft.
- Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok.
Stir-fry chicken meat for 3 minutes. Put into an earthen
pot.
- Saute bamboo shoot and
carrot, add to the pot. Mix well. Add in the sauce.
Braise over low heat for 15 minutes.
- Add vermicelli and braise
for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
