Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 lbs crab (cut into
desired size)
- 1 tsp ginger (diced)
- 2 stalks (cut into 1"
sections)
- 1 egg white (beaten)
Sauce
Mix:
- 3 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1/2 tsp hot chili oil
- 1 tsp Worchestershire
sauce
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
Procedure:
- Dry the crab with a piece
of dry cloth, dust it over with corn starch. Half-cook it
in hot oil. Strain and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry
the ginger and the scallions. Add in crab pieces, keep
stir-frying for 7 minutes.
- Pour in sauce mix. When it
starts to bubble, remove the pan from the heat. Add in
egg white and cook till texture is smooth. Serve
immediately.
