Ingredients:
- 2 pieces bean curd
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp evaporated milk
- 3 oz ground pork
- few scallions (flower cut)
Marinade:
- 1 1/2 tsp chili garlic
sauce
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp corn starch
Procedure:
- Season pork with marinade
for 1/2 hour.
- Mix well the bean curd,
egg white, condensed milk with 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp
sugar, pinch of ground white pepper and sesame oil.
- Mix the bean curd with the
pork. Add scallions. Steam in oval-shaped Chinese spoons
or small plate coated with oil. Take out. Pan-fry over
low heat. Serve immediately.
